Where is Paradox coffee roasted?
At our roastery in Seven Hills, in Sydney, where we roast on Brambati roasters. Paradox started on the Gold Coast, and our café is in Broadbeach, but our roasting happens at Seven Hills. The team doing it has over 20 years of experience selecting, importing and roasting coffee.
Can I buy beans at the roastery in Seven Hills?
You can walk in and buy beans there, or collect an online order: choose pickup at checkout, then come in once we've emailed to say your order is ready. Our contact page lists the roastery's hours.
How long does delivery take within Sydney?
Sydney falls under the capital city estimate on our shipping page: deliveries are generally made within one to two business days from pickup. If you need your coffee sooner, choose Express Shipping at checkout. Express orders placed after 10am AEDT are processed for dispatch the next business day, and your tracking email has the latest.
Can you grind the beans for me?
Yes. Choose your grind preference when you order, and your coffee arrives ready for your brew method, whether that's espresso, a V60 or a French press. If you own a grinder, whole beans are the better buy, because our brew guides recommend grinding fresh for every brew.
