What's included in a Paradox coffee subscription
There are five ways to subscribe. Whichever you choose, we can grind your coffee to order, and shipping is free on any delivery over $40.
Pay as you go
Choose your coffee and a 200g or 1kg bag, delivered every one, two or four weeks. You save 10% on every recurring order and pay as each delivery is processed. Skip, reschedule or cancel any time.
Pre-paid plans
Choose one of our blends in a 1kg bag and a term of three, six or 12 months. You pay for the full term upfront for a bigger saving, and we send your coffee every month. Your first order includes free gifts, added automatically at checkout. Pre-paid plans cannot be cancelled or changed once purchased, so they suit a blend you already know you love.
Gift subscriptions
A pre-paid subscription for a friend, a family member or your team. Pick one of our five blends and a term of three, six or 12 months, with 1kg delivered each month as whole beans or pre-ground. Then tell us their delivery address, when their coffee should start and when we should let them know about their gift. We roast it fresh in Sydney and deliver it every month, anywhere in Australia.
Office subscriptions
For workplaces, we deliver 2kg or more of coffee weekly or fortnightly. Mix blends in one order, add tea, chai, drinking chocolate or syrups as a one-off extra at 10% off, and cancel any time. Colombian Decaffeinated Coffee needs a minimum of four 500g bags. As a starting point, we suggest 2kg a week for five to seven people, 5kg for 16 to 20 people and 12kg for around 40. Monthly single origins
Every month our team hand-picks new single origin coffees, micro-lots sourced from around the world. Subscribe to the Limited Release Filter (200g), Filter (200g or 1kg) or Espresso (200g or 1kg) and each delivery brings that month's coffee, at 10% off. The Single Origin Selection box, with all three of the month's coffees in 200g bags, can be a subscription too. See our single origins.
How it works
- Choose your coffee. Options include our five specialty blends, single origins, decaf, coffee capsules, drip filter bags and cold brew cans, depending on the subscription. Then choose pay as you go, pre-paid, gift or office.
- Set it up your way. Pick the size, whole beans or your preferred grind, and how often it arrives.
- We roast and deliver. We roast your coffee fresh and send it straight to your door or office on your schedule.
- Manage it online. Log in and open "Subscriptions" to skip, reschedule or cancel a delivery. Update your address under "Addresses" and your card under "Payment Methods", or contact us and we'll make the change for you.

What it costs
You pay the regular price of the coffee you choose, less your subscription discount. The discount depends on how you subscribe.

The first order of a pre-paid plan on a 1kg blend includes free gifts: two 200g blend samples for three months, four for six months, and four plus surprise gifts in later deliveries for 12 months.
Shipping is free on subscription orders over $40 per delivery, after discounts and before shipping fees. Below $40, standard carrier rates apply at checkout. Office subscriptions always ship free.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Home and office subscribers earn 25% more Paradox Rewards points on every subscription order. You can also use up to five Paradox Rewards voucher codes on a single order, subject to the discount rules that apply.

How does a coffee bean subscription work?
You choose a coffee, a bag size, whole beans or a grind, and how often you want it, then check out once. We roast your beans fresh and send them on that schedule. On pay as you go, deliveries continue until you skip, reschedule or cancel, you're charged as each one is processed, and every order costs 10% less than the regular price. Pre-paid plans run for a fixed three, six or 12 months instead.
What makes this a specialty coffee subscription?
We're a specialty coffee roaster. Our five blends are built from sustainably sourced micro-lots and roasted in small batches. Our single origins are micro-lots our team sources from around the world, often highlighting experimental processing methods. To taste a new origin every month, choose the single origin subscription.
Do I need a grinder for a coffee beans subscription?
No. If you grind at home, choose whole beans. If you don't have a grinder, choose your preferred grind when you set up the subscription and we'll roast and grind to order. Gift subscriptions come as whole beans or pre-ground too, so you can match the way the person you're buying for makes their coffee.
Can I skip or cancel my subscription?
Pay as you go and office subscriptions can be skipped, rescheduled or cancelled any time. Log in, open "Subscriptions" and make the change, or contact our team and we'll do it for you. Pre-paid plans work differently: they are billed in full upfront, dispatched monthly, and cannot be cancelled or changed once purchased.
How long does delivery take?
We use a range of couriers, chosen by location, so your coffee arrives fresh. Deliveries to capital cities are generally made within one to two business days of pickup. Regional areas and Western Australia take longer. Every delivery comes with a tracking email, which has the most accurate information for your order.
Do I need a coffee machine for an office subscription?
Yes, your workplace needs equipment to brew the coffee. If you don't have any, we're happy to help. We have a range of options, depending on how much coffee your team goes through. Contact us and we'll talk you through them.
